Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours after payment is successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Orders of US$50 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under US$50 are charged a US$5 shipping fee.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather, holidays, customs inspections, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information within 48 hours. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We may not be able to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped.

If an order is delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and relevant photos so that we can assist you.
